A Happy Little Note from Your Spunky Fashionista

Hello and congratulations on your adoption!

Your one-of-a-kind Spunky Fashionista is so excited to be part of your home. She was lovingly reimagined to bring smiles, spark conversations, and add a touch of joy and personality wherever she sits. All Spunky Fashionista Lady Head Vases are unique, reimagined works of art; therefore, all sales are final.

She traveled to you with great care (registered mail/signature required). Once delivery is confirmed, the adoption is considered complete and the item is non-returnable. You will find a small repair kit included for any little touch-ups she may need along the way.

Because each Spunky Fashionista is truly unique, all adoptions (purchases) are final. If she happened to arrive with any damage, please keep all packaging and contact me within 48 hours so we can make it right. The seller will assist in filing a carrier claim and will work with the buyer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, when applicable.

All custom and commissioned orders are also non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to these terms.
